Welcome to Adepress Consult, By working with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Project scope

All projects begin with a clear brief outling deliverables, timelines and expectations. Changes may affect cost or time

2. Payment Terms

• 50% upfront payment is required.
• Final payment is due before delivery.
• Late payments may attract a fee.

3. Revisions

Includes 2-3 rounds of revisions. Extra changes may incur additional charges.

4. Timelines

Agreed timelines may shift if there are delays in feedback or content.

5. Ownership & Rights

You own the final designs/code after full payment. We may showcase the work unless agreed otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities.

Clients must provide timely content and feedback

7. Refunds & Cancellations

No refunds once a project starts. Either party may cancel with notice. Work done will be billed accordingly.
